Business terms

Read Splash Bay’s full terms and conditions and the agreement presented for your program or purchase. This page is an information guide; it does not replace a registration agreement or create a liability waiver.

Program participation

Parents and legal guardians should review registration and participation documents for minors. Confirm dates, venue, age group, total fees, availability, and cancellation conditions before committing. An inquiry or account does not confirm enrollment. See the family game plan.

Basketball involves physical activity and risk of injury. Discuss individual participation needs with a qualified healthcare professional. The website does not provide medical clearance, guarantee athletic results, or waive anyone’s legal rights. Review any separate participation agreement through the registration process.

Payments and cancellation

This website does not process payments. Review the terms shown in the external registration service or store before paying. The cancellations & refunds page summarizes the currently published purchase policy and explains how to request assistance.

Website material and linked services

Use the website lawfully and respect the privacy and rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorized access or misuse contact information. Photos and other material may be protected by intellectual-property rights; public display does not grant a reuse license. See photos & media.

Clubicus registration, Squarespace shopping, and other external destinations provide their own terms and privacy notices. Review those when you use them. Tell Splash Bay about inaccurate information or a broken link so the issue can be addressed.
