Camps, training, and teams

Before registering, ask for the written rules for cancellations, missed sessions, withdrawal, injury or illness, deposits, transfers, makeup sessions, and organizer cancellations. Confirm any deadlines and whether an approved remedy is a refund or credit. The published general terms do not specify those program-by-program details.

Merchandise

The linked store handles product selection and checkout. Review the displayed price, shipping charges, taxes, availability, delivery information, and return conditions before placing an order. Contact Splash Bay about damaged, incorrect, or missing items; keep your receipt and relevant photos.

Email hartley@thesplashbay.com with your name, program or order reference, purchase date, and a brief explanation. Do not include card numbers or medical records. Sending a request does not mean it has been approved. Ask for written confirmation of the outcome.
